Actually a similar question could be asked: why would a Western man want to marry a Chinese lady? We all want love and respect and something more than what is commonly found in our own country. When I first joined Chnlove three years ago, it was because I thought Chinese women were so exotic and beautiful, and I admired their loyalty and tenderness. Similarly, in the eyes of Chinese women, Western men have many unique qualities that Chinese men do not own, and that is exactly what attract them. Many Chinese ladies believe Western men are more thoughtful, considerate, appreciative and romantic than Chinese men. Western men are generous with their sweet and kind words. A well-educated Western gentleman will always respect and admire his partner, and will try to surprise her every now and then with gifts and flowers, which is rare among Chinese men. My 32-year-old lady told me she received flowers from me for the very first time in her life!
In fact, many ladies on Chnlove had some bad experiences with Chinese men in their past. Some Chinese men have been spoiled from childhood, and grow-up with an in-built superior attitude towards women. As husbands, they rarely show any or much respect to their wives, and some of them have other problems like drinking, gambling and even domestic violence. This is especially common in rural and less-developed areas. Things are changing, but not at any great pace.
Divorced and older Chinese women
Being a divorced female has a very negative stigma in China but not to Western men. Divorced with a child from a former marriage is even less desirable to most Chinese men. Women in China also have a hard time finding a suitable husband once they are over the age of 30. Even divorced Chinese men will mostly be interested in much younger ladies. Very rarely will he look for a new wife in his own age range. In fact, this is probably what caused the divorce in the first place. Some men just don’t appreciate what they have and look for younger women instead of being with just their wife.
So Chnlove is the place where you will find just a tiny proportion of these cheated, abused Chinese women. And if you manage to find the right one for you here, you will never ever regret it. It may even just be the best move you have ever made in your life.
